4-Week Facilitator Training
presented by the School of Embodied Healing Arts®
Welcome to our journey into the depths of Breathflow!
It is a joy and honour to walk this path with you <3
Before we begin, I would like to outline which practices you will engage in weekly so that you can start off on the right foot, ready to dive in.
Please make sure to read the text shown on this page and treat this like your virtual manual which will help you get the most out of this training.
The training is structured in a way that you will get a solid grasp of complex material in a simple and time-effective way. By completing these weekly tasks, you will not only increase your confidence as a teacher, but you will also create a repertoire of experience and knowledge in your own body that will greatly help you in standing out in your professional practice.
The videos and audio journeys require wifi to be accessed, so make sure to have either a connection or a portable modem with you should you be traveling to areas without coverage during this time.

The expected time commitment per day is 1-2 hours, with one day per week off. It is common to feel resistance to this work since will engage with profound, sometimes intimate structures in our body. This resistance may express itself as not always wanting to do the practices.
Throughout, be open to the experience and keep in mind all of this is going to bestow us with immense benefits in our abilities as healers, creatrixes, manifestors and weavers of our own lives. Once you have gone through this material, you will be an authentic and powerful guide for others. Please do your very best to put this time aside and plan ahead for it, so you can enjoy the potency of this work and become a thriving practitioner.

The hidden (her)story of Dream Journeys
Dream Journeying is a forgotten practice that is now returning to our society to remind us of the power of inner connection. This practice is not limited or exclusive to one culture, group or person. Instead, it is at the very heart of what it means to be human. It is the ability to get into contact with our inner guidance and perception that lies beyond the rational mind. It is a profound birthright that everyone gets to participate in. Initially connected to the Aboriginal people of Australia who used spiritual journeys to connect to the otherworld, this practice can be traced across the whole world and has ancestral roots on all continents.
My own path lead me to co-direct an amazing arts organisation, BecomeBecome, where I worked together with with our co-founders in creating dream journeys that are always rooted in and preceded by a profound exploration of our physical anatomy - building and expanding in a more embodied way on the earlier work of many others who played an important role in initially bringing back the practice of Dream Journeying including anthropologists, psychologists and educators.
The journeys I share below pick up on potent archetypes and inner experiences I have walked with in my life. I invite you to see yourself as a vital missing piece in this ever-expanding weaving, another woman reclaiming the magical birthright of dream journeying and fully making it her own.

and
2) how the state of the rib cage affects our voice expression as well as how sound can amplify awareness of tension or freedom in the body.

When you hear me indicate to walk around the room, be sure you generously use all the space available to you, even if I am mostly staying in front of the camera.
