Whether you are starting rom zero thinking you "can't sing", or you have existing experience as a singer, this pillar of the training retreat is designed to take you beyond holistic voice 'activation' which often unknowingly damages the vocal chords. Instead, you learn techniques that are used by professional recording artists and blended with deep anatomical whole-body knowledge. Additionally, you will learn how to hear your voice clearly and sing in the way you intend.

Pillar 2:

The Pelvis, Voice & Breath Anatomy Connection

Did you know that your voice begins at your pelvis, not just in a vague 'energetic' sense, but rooted in the body's anatomy and in how sound is made? This element introduces you to profound techniques to access a voice that is supported from the pelvis, produced through somatic interplay of the whole body rather than just the vocal chords— an embodied experience that will help you find and fall in love with the beauty of your voice.

Pillar 3:

Nervous System Regulation and Voice

During this module, we will uncover the layered anatomy of the nervous system and the ways in which our own voice can be used to stimulate rest-and-digest (parasympathetic) response in the body. Rather than drawing from common yoga practices or generalized approaches to nervous system regulation, this pillar is based on unique gentle exercises developed specifically for our training.

Immerse yourself at Villa Bloom, a feminine island sanctuary on the stunning Croatian coast. Private practice space, 15 steps to a crystal blue beach, and a modern villa that feels like home.
